The Alpha Youth Academy
Welcome to the Alpha Youth Academy.
What is it?
The Alpha Youth Academy is a 6-week coaching journey designed to help churches and parishes go beyond running Alpha Youth — to cultivating a mission-minded community of young people.
Through a blend of online video content, interactive exercises, and live group coaching calls, you’ll connect with others who are passionate about building youth communities rooted in prayer, leadership, and mission.
What does it entail?
6 weekly coaching calls (1 hour each, online)
Practical exercises to complete between sessions
Optional 1-on-1 coaching with Alpha Ireland staff
